Need advice about haircolor?

How do I get my dirty blonde ';NATURAL'; hair color to look more like this

I think that blonde has more yellow in it even though it says her hair is blonde and black it doesn't look blonde to me it looks more platinum and black. Blonde seems to be yellow whereas the picture I have supplied here seems to me to be more platinum although I don't want an overall platinum look I do want some streaks of platinum


I cant afford to pay for the stylist to do it this time around so I was going to run to sallys and buy the products,


I guess what I really need to know is what color is the top of her hair and what colors would blend well with it. I don't want the underneath to be black.Need advice about haircolor?
