Need advice about horrible boss?

i was moved to another dept in my job, to an area that i dont have experience of. They said my new supervisor would train me and id be given time to learn, but he doesnt teach me anything. He said he wants someone experienced cos he doesnt want to spend time training.

He keeps asking me to do things he knows i cant do, but when i ask for help he ignores me.

I know he shouldnt be doing this, but im worried if i complain to the manager, it will just make things work.

But im also worried that because im not being trained, ill look like im bad at my work..im pretty sure that the manager thinks im being trained by my supe.

what do i do ....i hate going to work, but apart from my supe i like working there, so id hate to quit.Need advice about horrible boss?
Really tricky situation. Have you gor friends etc who you can talk to it about? I know you don't want to rock the boat, but I think speaking to your manager may be a good idea. Don't eb scared of your boss. You have the right to defend yourself and request what is owed to you in a diplomatic way. If she/he speaks to you in a derogatory manner, you have the right to say 'excuse me, I don't think you have to talk to me like that'... Good luckNeed advice about horrible boss?
You go to him and ask when your proper training starts. Then say that if he cant give you a definite answer you will take it up with his superior, If you do nothing he will get away with not doing his job properly and you will end up in trouble for being incompetent. Even if its scary you have to do it.
you have to be able to communicate to your manager ANY problems your experienceing.. if your ';bad'; on the job it can cost you your job.. you better complain now while you still can and while the manager still thinks your being ';trained';.. tell the manager that your souperviser refuses to train you and that you really want to excell at this but cant because you havent worked in that dept before.. dont sit back and watch as things slowley fall apart..

good luck %26lt;33
