this question im wondering about is kinda stupid.. well here it is i have a the nuvaring brith control i got last here but i stopped my birth control cause i wasnt with any one. its a year old and was in the frige the whole time would you think it could still be good.. or what... would love any answers i get beside the stupids ones..Need some advice about brith control here..?

If you dont have the package...please dont use it.

the nuvaring is considered expired after 4 months from the date of dispension.
look at the expiration date. it is on the package.
