I am writing for you because I need advice about something. There was a guy that I used like in the eighth grade. He used to look like me too, but he never talk with me, he always stared at me. Two in half years passed I haven't see him. Now I got my crush back. Maybe he likes me, I don't know. Do you think he's likes me still? or he forgot me?

he probably moved on i mean u guys never conversed or had anything meaningful going on no offense so i think you should move on too finding someone isn't as hard as it seems if you just get out there...and i should probably take my own advice lol...
