PART II of MAJOR HELP!!! legal advice about vandalism case.?

In April, about 2 weeks after Mr.B opened up his business, I went up to 3rd floor again to check for a water leakage and found out that the place that i cleaned up is COMPLETELY trashed with belongings that do not belong to me! When i said trash, i mean tons of hard-wood lumbers, old couches, chairs, broken fax machines, boxes, etc. There were dusts and dirts everywhere!!!

But guess what??? the side of which Mr.B own was completely clean and no sign of dirt or trash. I found out the hard-wood lumbers were torn down from Mr.B's ceiling and were place on MY SIDE! Mr.B is the only other person that have access to the door that lead to the 3rd floor. Who could have vandalize and trash my side of the building?

I called the police and they said that there is no witness that Mr.B could have done it so they can't do anything. I have my reasons why Mr.B have done it, but i dont know what to do. If the police dont help me, what can i do?PART II of MAJOR HELP!!! legal advice about vandalism case.?
(I found Part II.) Certainly you should contact a local real estate attorney. In the meantime, it seems the best you can do is to throw out all the junk in your space, at your time and expense.

Also, to prevent future, similar problems, try to determine whether you can construct a dividing wall between the two spaces, with adequate access, all after seeking propert permits to do so.

Good luck!PART II of MAJOR HELP!!! legal advice about vandalism case.?
It is obvious that the only two people that could have made the mess, are you %26amp; Mr.B but the question would be why. Considering you own this side of the building, change all access locks %26amp; obtain your own security system.

The police are stuck in a your word against his position that allows them to do nothing. Take whatever you can find of value %26amp; sale it. Mr.B has relinquished ownership when he abondoned the property on your side on the building.

Take pictures of everything before moving it. Take pictures again after you clean up your area. Take as many pictures of his area as you can get away with. If you continue to have this problem with Mr.B, you can refer to the pictures as proof of what was deposited in your space.

Unfortunatly, you are stuck with the mess at this time. Good luck with any future dealings with this individual!

Be sure to check your property description for any easements that he may have access to. Easements may include but are not limited to power meters, fuse box, or water main.
