Advice: About my best friend...read details?

My best friends parents think that my best friend is a very good obedient girl but they dont have a clue about how bad she is.She told me that she has tried drugs, she steals, now she just told me that she is doing things with this 22 year old guy that she shouldn't. She told him that she is 18 (she is only 16) and she went over his house and did something with him..(fill in the blanks yourself). When she told me I kind of lost repect for her and I cant look at her without thinking about the stuff shes done even though I tell myself that I should just leave it alone. Well, my question is...should I ignore it or do something about it (tell her parents secrectly to keep an eye on their daughteror tell my mother and let her talk to the parents? I don't know I just don't want her getting in more trouble if you know what I mean.) If you think I should take action then what should I do? And it is strange because her parents think that I am the bad influence not her..if they only knew the truthAdvice: About my best friend...read details?
If her parents already think that you are the bad influence, they will twist your attempt to help her into something you didnt intend.Watching your friends life right now is like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Maybe in a heart to heart she will hear some of what you have to say and it will have a positive influence on her. It may drive her farther away. If you are a good friend you will be there for her when the smoke settles and help her get out of the wreckage, if she is willing. We are our own worst enemies.Advice: About my best friend...read details?
Rule for ';tattle-telling'; ..........

If the unruly person is doing things that could be life-altering, or life-threatening, then I'd tell any adult who would listen.

The drugs are life-threatening.

The sex is life-threatening, because she obviously isn't taking any precautions. Also, since she's only 16, she's being raped (according to the state laws where I live).
Ah, I had a friend like this. Her mom hated me for being a bad influence, but really my friend was that one with all the horrible, rule breaking ideas of fun. First I would just tell your friend she is risking a lot sneaking around the way she is. She could end up addicted to drugs or alcohol, she could get pregnant, or worse, she could end up getting raped. Tell her how you feel and if she doesn't seem to realize how stupid she is being, then tell your mom, or even her parents (if you feel comfortable, and if you think they'll believe you). They will hopefully know the next step to take. Good luck.
OK first off i have friends that do the same thing but we are 17-21 and if her parents knew about this then she wouldn't be able to do anything.. but i think that you should like seriously ask her if she thinks that what she is doing is right with the 22 yr. old guy.. cause what is she gonna do if she ends pregnant or over doses the drugs and kills her self you need to let her know about these things... just because she uses protection even if she does doesn't mean that it will work they can rip or bust.... let her know that your worried about her and her future... and like let her know that your not trying to get her to stop your just showing that you care.
try to stay away from her and tell your perents every thing and let your mum to talk to her mum if she had a mum or a dad and do not hang out with her trust me she mate get u into trouble or blame any thing on to you somthing that she have done wrong.

but first dont do any thing off that try to talk to her and see how dose she feels.
Well have you talked to her about this and told her what you think? Dont go and tell her parents thats the worse thing you could do because she would hate you for that. Dont tell your parents either because then they will go tell her parents and thats just not something you want to deal with. First just try talking to her about this and tell her how you feel and what you think. Then see how it goes from there.
