Advice about an exboyfriend?

Hey ppl! XD Well, I went out with this guy, but we broke up a few months ago(November?). He has no clue that I still really like him, but we're are friends. He treats me just like any other friend, so should tell him that I still like him? I don't think he likes me anymore....Help please. I'm getting heartbroken watching him chatting happily away with other girls and completely ignoring me. O yea, also, if he insults me jokingly but meanly, how should I react? I don't want to insult him back, but how else can I reply??
